THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE, GREENSPACES, SHARED SPACES, LOCAL RESOURCES

The human heart is the first home of democracy. It is where we embrace our questions: Can we be equitable? Can we be generous? Can we listen with our whole beings, not just our minds, and offer our attention rather than our opinion? And do we have enough resolve in our hearts to act courageously, relentlessly, without giving up, trusting our fellow citizens to join us in our determined pursuit-a living democracy?
Terry Tempest Williams
A good night sleep, or a ten minute bawl, or a pint of chocolate ice cream, or all three together, is good medicine.
Ray Bradbury

What are our shared resources? What makes them work (or not work)? How do we tend to them? How can we make our shared systems stronger? Where can we find the medicine in the management? A bird in the hand is less than two in the sky. Read me a book from our library of loaves and fishes. Save the economy, send more letters.
